All of our products and services are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. When you attend one of our courses, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please see the facilitator at the end of the course for a full refund. No questions asked.
When purchasing any of our products, if you are not satisfied, please return the goods in new condition for a full credit against any of our other products or a refund.
Seminar / course tickets are fully transferable to another person if you are unable to attend.
A full refund of seminar / course fee will be given when cancellation occurs not less than 10 days before course commencement. When cancellation occurs within the 10 day time frame, the course ticket will be transferred to our next course of the same title in the same venue within a maximum 12 months.
