Learning and assessment resources are provided at the outset, including detailed learners guides, reading materials, CD-ROM and web-based activities and work-based projects Workshops to support electives are organised, if required, to meet the needs of the participants.

Throughout the program, regular monitoring and assessment visits are conducted in the participant’s workplace. Phone and email support is available at all times.
