Larry spent 20yrs in the Military Engineers where he taught in many fields such as vertical construction, project deployment, Task planning[critical path analysis], demolitions, bridge building, physical training, team building and personal development to name a few.
Larry has been project manager on many large unit developments on the Gold and Sunshine Coast; He has also owned his own restaurant and direct marketing company. He also is currently the director of an import company and 3 franchises in a pool company. In the second year as a franchisee he won franchise of the year and now has the largest pool Franchise in Australia.
Larry is also known as the “Sales Sergeant Major” which has come from his no nonsense approach to what is required to achieve higher results in all fields of your work, Business and life. He will deliver results which will ensure greater productivity to individuals and businesses alike. An exciting and productive presenter.
Larry has extensive automotive experience, having worked for and trained some of Queensland's largest truck and automotive dealerships.

Richard has spent the last 11 years creating and running training and development programs. These focus on selling&communication skills, personal effectiveness&productivity, management&leadership development. He has worked with a huge variety of companies and workshop participants: from small suburban businesses, new business start-ups through to medium-sized companies and multinational corporations including: Optus, Downtown Duty Free stores, Exact Software, Hyder Consulting, Snap Printing Dee Why, Business Enterprise Centre (Bondi & Sydney), Val Morgan Cinema Network. Richard's skill is in motivating his workshop participants to actually convert ideas and learning into action! He quickly understands and works with a wide range of people, personalities and diverse backgrounds.
He has mentored some 35 new business start-ups under the NEIS scheme as well as several of his clients, including 12 members of the Pittwater Business Network. Richard has worked in advertising agencies and marketing companies in Sydney, Melbourne, Wellington(NZ), London and Santiago(Chile).
He is Cert IV qualified in Workplace Assessment & Training and has completed several management training courses including Rogen presentation skills, Synectics, LET(Leader Effective Training), Leadership Management International and Leadership Management Australia personal development programs.

After 12 years in the automotive industry, Jacqui is currently working nationally with a number of Automotive Businesses in process improvement and front line skill for increased customer satisfaction. Specialising in Parts and Service frontline team members she also runs a number of highly successful Customer Communication and impact courses.
